Emergency dispatch terms for 24/7 roadside assistance and night operations (8:00 PM to 8:00 AM) across West London.

• Roadside Safety: On high-speed highways or dangerous hard shoulders, safety takes precedence. If a location is deemed unsafe by our technician, the vehicle must be moved to a safe refuge area.
• Arrival Times: Estimated arrival times (ETAs) are estimates based on traffic and weather conditions and are not guaranteed arrival times.
