Cancellation policies for scheduled driveway bookings and emergency call-out dispatches.

• Scheduled Fits: Cancellations made more than 2 hours prior to scheduled fitting carry no fee.
• Emergency Dispatch: Once a mobile fitting van has been dispatched to an emergency location, a call-out fee applies if cancelled while the driver is en route.
